Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Pompano Pickle website, mobile app, court booking system, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services. Pompano Pickle reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Membership 

Membership tiers, pricing, and benefits are described on our Join page and are subject to change. Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at sign-up. Cancellations must be submitted in writing with at least 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle. Pompano Pickle does not offer refunds for partial billing periods except as required by law. Membership is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Court Reservations & Court Rental

Court bookings are managed through our booking platform (PlayByPoint) and are subject to availability. Members and guests are responsible for arriving on time and vacating courts promptly at the end of their reserved time. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in booking restrictions. Walk-on court rental rates are listed on our Join page and are subject to change without notice.billing cycle. Pompano Pickle does not offer refunds for partial billing periods except as required by law. Membership is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in pickleball, use of the Pickle Parlor amenities (including but not limited to the ice plunge, infrared sauna, and virtual golf simulator), and use of any other club facilities carries inherent risk of injury. By using the Services or entering our facility, you acknowledge and assume these risks. Pompano Pickle, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in club activities, except where prohibited by law. All members and guests are required to review and, where applicable, sign a full liability waiver prior to participation.

Code of Conduct

We ask all members and guests to treat staff, fellow players, and facilities with respect. Pompano Pickle reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership or facility access for conduct that is unsafe, abusive, or in violation of club policies, without refund.

The seed and Pro Shop Purchases

Purchases made through The Seed café or the Pompano Pickle pro shop are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Event Hosting

Private event bookings (courts, Pickle Parlor space, or full-facility rentals) are subject to a separate event agreement, which will outline pricing, deposit requirements, cancellation policy, and any additional terms specific to your event.

Photo & Video Release

Pompano Pickle may photograph or record events, open play, tournaments, and general facility use for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials. By participating in club activities, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials unless you notify us in writing that you opt out.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pompano Pickle and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pompano Pickle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or facility.

Our Youth & Family programs may involve collecting limited information about minors (such as name and age) from a parent or guardian for program registration purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental consent.
